The $68.4 million districtwide renovation program hits another milestone tonight when a groundbreaking ceremony is held at the Division Street Elementary School.
All of the Saratoga Springs City School District's eight schools are being renovated and expanded to meet new educational standards.
The work at the west side's Division Street is part of a $4.8 million package that includes construction at the east side's Caroline Street Elementary School. The two schools, which are twins, were built at the same time in the 1950s.
